Join the North Texas Mycological Association for a special in-person class on Saturday, October 11th, from 10 am to 12 pm.
This unique two-hour workshop will be led by professional photographer and owner of Zirna
Productions, Jaz Alexa. The class, titled "The Basics of Myco-Photography: How to Take
Good Photos of Mushrooms" is designed to teach you the essential skills for capturing
stunning images of fungi. Whether you use a professional camera or a smartphone, Jaz will share
her expert techniques for working with natural light, mastering composition, and highlighting the
unique features of different fungal species. Learn to see mushrooms in a new light and turn your
photos into works of art.
